Our handcrafted products are made from ingredients you can find in almost any kitchen. Their natural composition allows for a more efficient and detailed cleanse. We created them to be consumer friendly to avoid any harm to you, your family, and/or your environment.

Although, our products kill all bacteria, steam allows for a more sterile cleaning. Heated at 212 F, it is highly efficient at killing all the "bad stuff" and at the same time reduces the amount of water used.

Our Hopeful Family cares about your satisfaction! We do our very best to leave your place in excellent condition. However, in cases where our clients are not satisfied, we offer a 24-hour window for you to notify us and our Family will correct whatever you are dissatisfied with at no additional charge.

No. Our cleanings happen during work hours (9:00-6:00pm) when most people are not home. Key arrangements can be made prior to your cleaning.

Our Hopeful Family treats your home with respect and enters with caution. If something is broken or damaged, we do our best to repair or replace your item(s). Please notify us within 48 hours of your cleaning.

Taxes are included in the price, but gratuity is not. Currently, we do not accept gratuity via credit cards. However, if you would like to leave cash out for our Hopeful Family it would be greatly appreciated!

The cost of a cleaning service varies depending on the size of your home and any additional services you may wish to add. For prices and/or interest in a free estimate

Yes! Our Hopeful team loves pets, and we allow them to be around while we clean. However, if your pet is aggressive, we kindly ask that crate them or put them outside.
